We’re not the originals, we look with the utmost respect and admiration for everything the authors and folks at Strategyzer do. What we do with this learning experience is to actually pair you up in teams and put you at work on real cases and here is where the interesting part comes in: you can also work on your business and test new models. You can say it’s theory paired with consultancy or training on the job.
So, besides learning from how some top companies did it, Google, Airbnb, Tesla, just to name a few, we will deep dive into practicing this in real situations, closer to us, or you.
You’ll learn while actually doing, as it’s in the DNA of our school. Usually our participants say it’s really intense but also very rewarding. You’ll practice not only new models and processes but also new ways of working: interdisciplinary collaboration. And working under pressure. And learning to not fall in love with ideas. Test, test and test.
Andrei has 18 years of experience within the banking sector (multiple perspectives: business, back-office, IT) and he is currently the Head Of Customer Experience within the largest banking group in Romania, Banca Transilvania. Prior to this, he has coordinated BT’s Corporate Clients Division and has been responsible for the Healthcare Division.
He has multiple business initiatives and success stories in several sectors: marketing&PR, education, health and entertainment.
Andrei has undertaken the two major certifications at Strategyzer, the masterclass and the bootcamp, and has run multiple projects and workshops on business design. You’ll be in very good hands with an experimentalist and certified professional in Business Design.
