Alex has a passion for games since he remembers himself. He has a bachelor in Economics and started on the entrepreneurial path in 2015 as a coach and learning designer.
Gabriela was formally trained in Psychology, but her most fulfilling educational experience was in the Alternative University, a place where she was able to design her own learning journey. She worked in alternative education for 4 years before starting her entrepreneurial journey.
Since they founded Playlearn in 2017, Alex and Gabriela have been gamifying organisational learning experiences for companies such as Uipath, KPMG, Telekom or BCR. They have acquired substantial experience in transforming processes such as Onboarding, L&D and Community Building into fun and engaging experiences for the company employees. They strongly believe that through game mechanics, HR processes can not only become more fun, but also more efficient.
