MAIN PILLARS OF THIS COURSE
1. Empathy
Empathy is one of the golden keys in understanding human ecosystems and generating meaningful solutions and products during the design process.
In this course you will discover empathy can be easily exercised in day to day life and how you can do it.
2. The art of listening
Research in all its complexity is also about knowing how to see and knowing how to listen. Being an active listener and being able to not say anything in order to really listen to another human being is more difficult than we imagine.
3. Creating your own war stories
We’ll look at examples about how ofter researchers encountere challenges and rejections and how they turn it around. Most of the times failing is even more important than wining.
We should not neglect the importance of how our bodies enhance and transmit our thoughts and feelings.
5. Role playing
The interviewer and the observer.
Differences and why is important to master both. The mise en scene of an interview: necessary steps: before-during-and after the interview
